![]() Looking already HAS that feature: for connecting multiple switches. That is a basic feature thats integrates in linux. You just need to add an add-hoc network fature (not use performable, just used by the transfere software), so that the 2 consoles can connect ofer that with FULL wifi speed. If the 3DS of all systems allows for a true full system transfer, why in the world doesn't the Switch? Why do I have to redownload every single game? Thankfully, I'm a physical game buyer for games when there is the option for it but I imagine this is even more of a pain for digital-only consumers.Īnd honestly, this is on top of other UI issues like the fact that they still haven't added folders.Īs a Nintendo fan, they sometimes make it so difficult to be one with so many questionable and strange decisions.Ĭlick to shrink.Switch and 3DS use IEEE standard Wifi. When I upgraded my 3DS multiple times, it did the same. When I upgraded my PS4 to a PS4 Pro, it transferred everything. The fact that it only transfers the user profile and save data itself but none of the actual games makes no sense to me at all. But I figured the rest of the console would be fine, given how transfers worked on the 3DS where everything was, you know, transferred to the new console. I have to call Nintendo tomorrow and have them transfer my data. I already knew Animal Crossing itself was going to be a pain. So I couldn't resist grabbing that Animal Crossing edition of the Switch, with plans to throw my original on eBay.
